Juicy Roast Chicken

A simple recipe for Roasting Chicken, with the possibility for a few additions and variations.


1. Preheat the oven to 180degC.

2. Season with selected herbs and spices. A recommended mix is Salt, Pepper and Smoked Paprika. For an interesting addition, create a stuffing mix out of 1/3 Pork & Black Pudding Sausage Meat, and 2/3 Traditional Stuffing. 

3. Bake in an oven for 1 1/2 hours until outside is golden brown and the juices form the chicken run clear. (Internal temperature of 80degC for temperature check)

4. Serve with Roasted Vegetables, Salad, and selected sauces.
