South Island Deliveries

We deliver throughout the South Island.

Delivery information:

  • Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday for Christchurch deliveries, for outside of Christchurch they are Tuesday – Friday
  • Please place your order at least 2 days before your preferred delivery date.
  • Orders are packed the day before dispatch to ensure freshness and food safety.
  • Deliveries are made between 7:00am and 4:00pm.

Rural deliveries

  • Rural addresses may take 1–2 extra days.
  • For faster delivery, you can choose to collect your order from your nearest NZ Couriers depot.

Tracking your order

  • Christchurch deliveries are made by our own delivery vans, and we’ll call or text to confirm delivery.
  • Outside Christchurch, your order will be sent by courier. You’ll receive tracking updates by email or text using the contact details provided.

Ordering for pick up is easy. Choose the option that suits you:

Please note:

  • Pick up orders require a minimum of one day’s notice, but if same day is required, call us and we will do our best.
  • You can choose a specific collection time.
  • Online orders can be placed up to 2 months in advance.
