Cut from the fore-quarter of our Freedom Farmed Pork, pork hocks are a flavour-packed cut that transforms beautifully through slow cooking. They become incredibly tender and absorb marinades and stews wonderfully, making them perfect for hearty, satisfying meals. A pork hock per person is the general serve, but they're so good you may want more!

Slow cook for 2–3 hours until the meat falls from the bone, then enjoy with your favourite vegetables and gravy.
